My husband and I relocated to Georgia very quickly. We were living with my husbands parents and looking for a house ever spare moment that we had. Sarah Propes, with Keller Williams Realty, helped us find the perfect house.

Sarah was always looking out for our best interest. Whenever we asked her opinion of a house or neighborhood, she was never afraid to tell us exactly what she was thinking. She knew what we wanted and she didn’t stop until we were smiling.

About a year ago, my husband and I started searching for our first home with Sarah Propes. We were looking for houses in the Marietta, Kennesaw and Acworth areas. Sarah lives in Gwinnett County, a little less than an hour from our location. She drove almost every Sunday to look at houses, while pregnant with her second child.
 
When we started, we had no idea what we wanted and what features were important to us. After unsuccessful tours of houses, Sarah would go home and immediately update our searches, as she learned more about what we were looking for. Over 100 houses later, we found the perfect first home. The process of closing couldn’t have been easier, with Sarah by our side.
 
She was always available by phone (even with a newborn), and we would always get a response back on our e-mails five minutes later. I felt as though I could ask her opinion and not get an answer that would benefit her. She was patient and concerned for us as Adam and Kristen, not just homebuyers with a budget.
 
I honestly don’t think we would have found the house that we ended up with, if it hadn’t been for Sarah. It fits all of our priorities, and it’s even more than what we expected. She has our business for life. But she is more than just our Realtor, she is our friend.
